(shown in bright lime color) High-low separate skirt created with bright attractive custom printed, waters inspired, crepe and hand crafted couture bow over structured front ruffle-apron detail. Wear the skirt with your bathing suit or other matching color outfits for day or night out. This gown can be created of designer's favorite luxurious stretch crepe fabric in any color from attached swatch color card by special request.
