•The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
•Free shipping promotion excludes ALESIA CTM. products for Business accounts.
•Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
•Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.
•The ending time for free shipping is 11:59PM Central Standard Time on the last day of the offer.

Shipping and estimated delivery is based on order processing times.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, ALESIA CTM. does not ship orders to post office boxes. ALESIA CTM. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Order Processing Times

  • Standard Ground orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm CST will be shipped withing 24-48 hours from the time order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization;
  • Expedited orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm CST will be processed and shipped that day (excluding holidays) pending credit card authorization;
  • Expedited orders placed Monday- Friday after 5pm CST will be processed and shipped the following day;
  • Expedited orders placed Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day;
  • Please allow 7-14 additional days for processing custom rhinestone, digital printed monogram/message orders.
  • Next-day delivery is not offered for custom rhinestone, digital printed monogram/message orders.
  • Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
  • To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at (847) 481-9258. Representatives are available 9:00AM-8:00PM CST Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-5:00PM CST Saturday.

Shipping Times and Rates

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

  • Standard Ground - Free shipping.
    Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.
  • 2nd Day- $30.00
    Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
  • Overnight - $35.00 - without signature confirmation
    Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
  • Overnight - $40.00 - with signature confirmation
    Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
  • Puerto Rico - $55.00
    Delivery occurs in 4 to 7 business days after processing.

Please note, delivery to Alaska and Hawaii require 2nd Day or Overnight service. Certain products are not eligible for Air shipment due to Federal Hazardous Materials Rules. We utilize FedEx, UPS and USPS for delivery services.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:

  • Saturday delivery
  • Multiple shipping addresses
  • International delivery
  • Sunday and holiday delivery
